Shareholder,

My name is Zami Aberman,
CEO of Pluristem Therapeutics Inc. I want to thank you for your investment in
Pluristem and update you on our exciting Company.
Pluristem Therapeutics
Inc. is a bio-therapeutics Company dedicated to the commercialization of
non-personalized (allogeneic) cell therapy products for the treatment of several
severe degenerative, ischemic and autoimmune disorders. The Company is
developing a pipeline of products, stored ready-to-use, that are derived from
the human placenta, a non-controversial, non-embryonic, adult stem cell source.
We are delighted that
our PLacental eXpanded (PLX) cells show promise in treating a variety of
clinical indications. Our first product in development, PLX-PAD, is intended to
improve the quality of life of millions of people suffering from peripheral
artery disease (PAD). We are committed to fulfill our mission and start clinical
studies for the treatment of PAD in 2008. We are developing additional products
which include PLX-BMT, targeting the global shortfall of matched tissue for bone
marrow transplantation (BMT), by improving the engraftment of hematopoietic stem
cells (HSCs) contained in umbilical cord blood; PLX-STROKE, targeting ischemic
stroke; and PLX–MS, targeting Multiple Sclerosis.
We have previously announced pre-clinical data supporting our belief that our
PLX cells are able to support the recovery of animals for a variety of
indications such as peripheral artery disease (PAD), leukemia, Multiple
Sclerosis and ischemic stroke.
We believe these cells’ characteristics will lead to scientific breakthroughs
and support the Company’s position as a leader in unique cell therapy products
and enable us to pursue an estimated annual $30 billion market.
Our Objectives for 2008 include:

Operating cGMP facilities in preparation for clinical trials
and eventual product commercialization. |

Initiating our first clinical trial in Europe and the USA
involving PLX-PAD. |

Submitting an additional investigational new drug (IND)
application for a second clinical indication. |

Investigating the use of our PLX cells to treat additional
disorders and broaden our pipeline of products. |

Generating cooperative agreements with strategic partners.

These are bold goals that could lead to substantial advances in the science and
commercial application of adult stem cells and we have established these
objectives to drive us to even greater achievements. In all of this, I have
confidence in our management, Scientific Advisory Board and our scientists and
physicians, who are at the forefront of research, development and
commercialization in our industry.
